As a local Chapter, one of 39 in Ontario, we provide “Help for Today and Hope for Tomorrow” to persons with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and their caregivers. The Alzheimer Society of Huron County serves residents of Huron County , with an office located in Clinton. How we can help -- support services
The Alzheimer Society provides information, education and support through individual counselling and support groups that provide a safe place to share information, thoughts, feelings and experiences. We help people find programs and services they need, such as day and respite programs, home support and help with the difficult transition to long-term care. |
